Privacy policy
This policy covers elevaytventures.com, the public marketing site operated by Elevayt Ventures LLC. It does not cover SynapBridge, which publishes its own policy at synapbridge.com.
What this site collects
This site has no user accounts, no login, and no database. The only information it collects is what a visitor types into the contact form: name, email address, an optional subject line, and a message.
Contact form submissions are delivered to hello@elevaytventures.com as email and are not written to any datastore. They are retained in that mailbox for as long as needed to respond and to keep a record of the conversation.
Analytics
Traffic measurement is aggregate and cookieless. It records page paths, referrers, approximate country, and device type. It does not set cookies, does not fingerprint visitors, and does not build cross-site profiles. No personal data is collected for analytics purposes.
The content delivery network in front of this site also writes standard access logs, which include IP addresses, for security monitoring and abuse investigation. Those logs are retained on a rolling basis.
Bot protection
The contact form uses a privacy-respecting challenge to block automated submissions. It does not set tracking cookies and is used only to distinguish a person from a script.
What this site does not do
- No advertising trackers and no advertising networks.
- No sale or sharing of personal information.
- No third-party marketing or retargeting pixels.
- No cookies set by this site.
Third parties
Site hosting, email delivery, and content delivery run on Amazon Web Services. Bot protection and analytics are provided by third-party vendors under their own terms. Outbound links to synapbridge.com and LinkedIn are governed by the policies of those sites.
Your choices
To ask what has been retained about a contact you initiated, or to request deletion of it, write to hello@elevaytventures.com. Because this site keeps no database, such a request resolves to the contents of the mailbox above.
